Hi everybody! Soraya here to show you the 11 cards I made with September kit! haha!! I started with one, then 2, then... couldn't stop!! lol
I loved playing with the contrast between colorful papers and the black and white embellishments from the kit. It was so funny to place a cactus on every card, it was definitely one funny crafting moment!
Freckled Fawn embellies are so inspiring, creating those cards was way too cool!
Now they just need to be sent as happy mails to my friends^^
The first project is a layout to remember a walk we made through the wilderness park here in Leipzig (Germany). I used one of the cute journaling cards with the scalloped pattern to go with the photo.
I also used some wooden arrows from the kit and decorated these with two different techniques - heat embossing with gold powder and adding a washi-tape pattern and some golden thread.
The next project is a card. I used the journaling card with the arrows as a base and added four wooden arrows. I used a red marker on one of the arrows to make it stand out. The house is really cute, don't you think?
I hope you like my inspiration. Have a great day, Sandra.
The "black/white" September kit inspired me to make some minimalistic cute greetings cards. I made three different sets. On the first set of cards, I used the awesome floral stickers, the word stickers and the black and gold phrase tape from the kit. I only added a doilie as an additional accent on each card. That way the floral stickers really stand out.
For the other card sets I mostly used fuse beads to make different items, including a fox, a melon, some ice-cream and an xmas ornament. When I saw the black bow I thought that it's just perfect to go as a tie for the fox.
